Welcome to Calm Aura Healing’s upcoming event: Gong Sound Bath at Calm Aura Healing, Ripon.
What to Expect?
Step into the sereen and inviting embrace of Calm Aura Healing, designed to help you leave behind the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to quiet your mind and ground your energy. Then comes the heart of the experience: 40 blissful minutes of sound healing, where I will weave together the therapeutic vibrations of gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, drumming, and a range of percussion instruments to create a deeply immersive soundscape.
Afterward, we’ll take time to reflect. As the experience draws to a close, we connect and share anything you wish in a relaxed, supportive space.
