Be Held is a small, candlelit wellbeing gathering created for mothers who need space to rest without responsibility.
Hosted by Blossom Relaxation & Birch Holistics, this gently guided evening weaves together soft sound elements, deep relaxation and simple self-massage within a warm, intentionally prepared setting.
Everything is optional.
No sharing is required.
You don’t need to arrive calm.
This is a space to lie down, soften, and be cared for… just as you are.
