Welcome to Calm Aura Healing’s Summer Meadow Gong Sound Bath.

What to Expect
Step away from the busyness of life and into a beautiful private meadow, with a pond, a gentle stream and sculptures dotted through the long grass. This is a chance to lie back under the open sky and reconnect with yourself in nature.

We begin with a gentle guided meditation to quiet your mind and ground your energy. Then comes the heart of the experience: 40 blissful minutes of sound healing, where therapeutic vibrations of gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, drumming and percussion weave together into a deeply immersive soundscape, carried on the open air.

Everything is provided for your comfort. Settle onto your mat, layered with a soft faux sheepskin mat, and wrap yourself in a cosy blanket with a pillow to rest your head. We even include complimentary fluffy socks so you can truly arrive, relax and let go.

As the experience draws to a close, we take time to ground and reflect over a complimentary herbal tea, sharing anything you wish in a relaxed, supportive space.

As this is an outdoor event, please dress for the weather and bring anything extra you might need to feel cosy.

In the event of unwanted weather the event may be postponed. I’ll be keeping a close eye on the forecast beforehand and will let you know in good time if anything changes. If you can’t make the rearranged date, the full amount you’ve paid can be used as credit towards any future session, or you can receive a refund. Please note the Eventbrite booking fee is non-refundable.

This sound bath is held in a private meadow in Littlethorpe. To protect the privacy of the lovely family whose land we’re using, the exact address and parking details will be sent to you the day before the event, once your spot is booked.
Please make sure your phone number is up to date on the booking form so I can share the location with you.

Where possible, please consider car sharing. Parking is limited and it’s a beautiful way to arrive together.
