Welcome to Well Minds PTS, founded by Sally and Leanne. We are Yorkshire-based psychotherapists who believe therapy should be practical, down-to-earth, and designed to help you feel better and live well.
At Well Minds PTS, we work with adults who want to feel clearer, calmer, and more in control of their lives. Whether you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or simply not quite yourself, we focus on giving you the tools to manage your mood, think more clearly, and feel happier day to day.
We offer face-to-face sessions in Sheffield, as well as remote therapy for clients across the UK, with excellent results. Our online sessions are just as effective as meeting in person, giving you the flexibility to access support wherever you are.
We use proven approaches such as CBT, EMDR, Couples Therapy, and Sports Psychology to help you understand what’s keeping you stuck and build the skills to move forward. Over time, you’ll notice real changes – stronger coping strategies, steadier emotions, and a greater sense of confidence and control.
