Hi, I'm Jules (she/her, AuDHD)

I'm a certified ADHD & Neurodivergent Coach, based in Yorkshire (working online) coaching adults who are exploring ADHD & neurodivergence; awaiting assessment; accepting a new diagnosis; or adjusting to life changes which have disrupted previous coping strategies. My coaching approach is a blend of curious exploratory conversation and psychoeducation based around executive function challenges and sensory processing differences.

I'm also a parent to two home-educated neurodivergent daughters. When I'm not coaching you will find me supporting my daughters' education, cheering them on from the side of the football pitch, camping or studying for my ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching. Life is busy!
