Welcome to Calm Aura Healing’s Family Gong Sound Bath in Ripon.

What to Expect

Step into the calm and welcoming space at Calm Aura Healing, created to help families slow down, relax and enjoy quality time together away from the busyness of everyday life.

We begin with a gentle guided relaxation to help everyone settle in and feel comfortable. At the start of the session, I’ll introduce the instruments and explain the different sounds you’ll hear, making the experience fun, welcoming and accessible for all ages.

You’ll then enjoy 40 peaceful minutes of soothing sounds from gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, drumming and percussion, creating a calming and immersive experience suitable for the whole family.

Everything is provided for your comfort. Relax on cosy mats layered with soft faux sheepskin, with blankets, pillows and fluffy socks to help you fully unwind and feel at home.

At the end of the session, there is time to gently return, reflect and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere together before heading home.

For those who would like to stay a little longer, my shop will be open after the session with a selection of incense, crystals, rollerballs and gifts available to browse.

Please note that all under 18s must attend with a full paying adult.
