Join Alice (alice faulkner yoga), Samantha (Fleeting Fern), and Charlotte (Soundwaves) in the beautiful Otley Chevin Forest Park for a deeply nourishing day in the Woods – a chance to slow down, soften, and reconnect..
Across the day, you’ll be guided through a carefully held journey of movement, nature connection, deep rest, and sound – designed to gently support your nervous system and bring you back into balance.
You’re welcome to join us for the full day, or a half day!

Morning
09:30 – 10:30 Grounding Woodland Yoga with Alice
10:30 – 11:00 Tea break (warming herbal tea & delicious vegan treat provided)
11:00 – 12:30 Forest Bathing with Samantha
Lunch Break
12:30 – 14:00 Bring a picnic or visit nearby Mistal Kitchen
Afternoon
14:00 – 15:30 Sound Bath with Reiki, with Charlotte & Alice
15:30 – 16:00 Closing & refreshments
