About
I provide ADHD coaching for adults, young people aged 14 and upwards, and parents of neurodivergent young people. I create a safe, supportive space where clients can be open and honest about the challenges they face, and where we work together to understand how executive functioning differences show up in everyday life.
My approach is strengths-focused, helping clients recognise what works for them and to use their ADHD as an asset rather than a barrier.
I also offer general wellbeing coaching. Through personalised, practical strategies, I support clients to build skills, confidence and self-awareness.
